The Trustees’ Boston Waterfront Initiative team has assembled a task force of senior executives from Boston-based companies, across a wide spectrum of industries, in order to help shape the vision for the City’s vulnerable waterfront.

Roundtable members act as strategic conveners between public, social, and private sectors to ensure that the Boston Waterfront Initiative, One Waterfront, rises to the challenge of our vulnerable harbor city—for current and future generations. The Roundtable is chaired by Ronald P. O’Hanley of State Street Corporation and members include CEOs and senior executives of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, PricewaterhouseCoopers, National Grid, Converse, Putnam Investments, MassMutual, Ocean Spray, Liberty Mutual, Reebok, and TD Bank.

In the past three years, The Trustees has advanced One Waterfront, gathering state and local support and establishing a visible leadership voice for a waterfront that is resilient, accessible to the public, and green. With strong community, government, nonprofit, and business support established and growing, and progress being made on priority sites, Trustees is well positioned for the next steps in this important initiative.
